Embroidery and Engraving Concepts would be happy to exchange or refund non personalized purchases that are returned within 15 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied with original packaging and receipt.  

 All personalized items are final sale. Including but not limited to Embroidery, Photo personalization, Laser Engraving and 3 D Crystal Cubes 

Any Return shipping on our online platform is the customer's responsibility.
